Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 153 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, fixes the remuneration of Suzanne Gilbert, full-time member and Assistant Deputy Chairperson of the Immigration and Refugee Board (Toronto Regional Office), for the period she is acting as Deputy Chairperson of the Immigration Appeal Division, as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 5, effective September 17, 2018, until such time as a new Deputy Chairperson of the Immigration Appeal Division is designated.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’article 153 de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe la rémunération de Suzanne Gilbert, commissaire à temps plein et vice-présidente adjointe de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié (Bureau régional de Toronto), pour la période pendant laquelle elle agit à titre de vice-présidente de la Section d’appel de l’immigration, conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 5, à compter du 17 septembre 2018, jusqu’à ce qu’un nouveau vice-président de la Section d’appel de l’immigration soit désigné.
