Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister for International Trade, after consultation with the Board of Directors of Export Development Canada, and pursuant to section 8 and subsection 9(2) of the Export Development Act, appoints Mairead Lavery of Kirkland, Quebec, to be President and Chief Executive Officer of Export Development Canada, to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years, effective February 5, 2019, and fixes her remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($390,300 - $458,100).
Sur recommandation du ministre du Commerce international, après consultation du conseil d’administration d’Exportation et développement Canada et en vertu de l’article 8 et du paragraphe 9(2) de la Loi sur le développement des exportations, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Mairead Lavery, de Kirkland (Québec), présidente et première dirigeante d’Exportation et développement Canada, à titre amovible pour un mandat de quatre ans, à compter du 5 février 2019, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (390 300 $ – 458 100 $).
