Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Infrastructure and Communities, after consultation with the board of directors if the Canada Infrastructure Bank, pursuant to section 30 of the Canada Infrastructure Bank Act and section 134 of the Financial Administration Act, amends Order in Council P.C. 2018-633 of May 29, 2018 by replacing

(a) “BDO Dunwoody LLP” with “BDO Canada LLP”; and

(b) “fiscal year ending on March 31, 2019” with “fiscal years ending on March 31, 2018 and March 31, 2019”.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Infrastructure et des Collectivités, après consultation du conseil d’administration de la Banque de l’infrastructure du Canada et en vertu de l’article 30 de la Loi sur la Banque de l’infrastructure du Canada et de l’article 134 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil modifie le décret C.P. 2018-633 du 29 mai 2018 en remplaçant :

a) « BDO Dunwoody LLP » par « BDO Canada LLP »;

b) « l’exercice se terminant le 31 mars 2019 » par « les exercices se terminant le 31 mars 2018 et le 31 mars 2019 ».
