Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness:

(a) pursuant to sections 103 and 105 of the Corrections and Conditional Release Act, appoints Robert M. Stoney of Gagetown, New Brunswick, to be a part-time member of the Parole Board of Canada, to hold office during good behaviour for a period of three years; and

(b) pursuant to subsection 146(1) of the Corrections and Conditional Release Act, designates Robert M. Stoney to be a part-time member of the Appeal Division of the Parole Board of Canada;

effective February 11, 2019.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Sécurité publique et de la Protection civile, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a) en vertu des articles 103 et 105 de la Loi sur le système correctionnel et la mise en liberté sous condition, nomme Robert M. Stoney, de Gagetown (Nouveau-Brunswick), membre à temps partiel de la Commission des libérations conditionnelles du Canada, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de trois ans;

b) en vertu du paragraphe 146(1) de la Loi sur le système correctionnel et la mise en liberté sous condition, choisit Robert M. Stoney, membre à temps partiel de la Section d’appel de la Commission des libérations conditionnelles du Canada;

à compter du 11 février 2019.
