Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister,

(a) authorizes members of the Order of Yukon to wear the insignia of the Order of Yukon referred to in paragraph 14(1)(b) of the Order of Yukon Act, S.Y. 2018, c. 2; and

(b) directs that the insignia referred to in paragraph (a) be added to the order of precedence in the Canadian Honours System after the medal referred to in paragraph 19(1)(a) of the Territorial Emblems and Honours Act, S.N.W.T. 2013, c. 29.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a) autorise les membres de l’Ordre du Yukon à porter l’insigne de l’Ordre du Yukon visé à l’alinéa 14(1)b) de la Loi sur l’Ordre du Yukon, L.Y. 2018, ch. 2;

b) ordonne que l’insigne visé à l’alinéa a) soit ajouté dans l’ordre de préséance du régime canadien de distinctions honorifiques après la médaille visée à l’alinéa 19(1)a) de la Loi sur les emblèmes et les distinctions territoriaux, L.T.N.-O. 2013, ch. 29.
