Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to sections 8 and 65.1 of the Contraventions Act, makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Application of Provincial Laws Regulations and the Contraventions Regulations (Miscellaneous Program).

 

Sur recommandation de la ministre de la Justice et en vertu des articles 8 et 65.1 de la Loi sur les contraventions, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement correctif visant le Règlement sur l’application de certaines lois provinciales et le Règlement sur les contraventions, ci-après.
