Whereas, pursuant to subsection 20(1) of the Canada Post Corporation Act, a copy of the proposed Regulations Amending Certain Regulations Made Under the Canada Post Corporation Act, in the annexed form, was published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, on June 23, 2018 and a reasonable opportunity was afforded to interested persons to make representations to the Minister of Public Works and Government Services with respect to the proposed Regulations;

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Pubic Works and Government Services, pursuant to subsection 19(1) of the Canada Post Corporation Act, approves the annexed Regulations Amending Certain Regulations Made Under the Canada Post Corporation Act, made on August 21, 2018 by the Canada Post Corporation.

Attendu que, conformément au paragraphe 20(1) de la Loi sur la Société canadienne des postes, le projet de règlement intitulé Règlement modifiant certains règlements pris en vertu de la Loi sur la Société canadienne des postes, conforme au texte ci-après, a été publié dans la Partie I de la Gazette du Canada le 23 juin 2018 et que les intéressés ont ainsi eu la possibilité de présenter leurs observations à cet égard à la ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux,

À ces causes, sur recommandation de la ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux et en vertu du paragraphe 19(1) de la Loi sur la Société canadienne des postes, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve le Règlement modifiant certains règlements pris en vertu de la Loi sur la Société canadienne des postes, ci-après, pris par la Société canadienne des postes le 21 août 2018.
