Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 3 of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans Act, appoints Timothy Sargent of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Deputy Minister of Fisheries and Oceans, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes his remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($232,700 - $273,700), effective January 7, 2019.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’article 3 de la Loi sur le ministère des Pêches et des Océans, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Timothy Sargent, d’Ottawa (Ontario), sous-ministre des Pêches et des Océans, à titre amovible, et fixe sa rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (232 700 $ – 273 700 $), à compter du 7 janvier 2019.
