Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to section 10 of the National Energy Board Act, appoints John A. Clarkson of Sooke, British Columbia, to be a Marine technical advisor to the National Energy Board for a term ending on March 22, 2019, and fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which per diem is within the range GCQ 6 ($920 - $1,080).

 

Sur recommandation du ministre des Ressources naturelles et en vertu de l’article 10 de la Loi sur l’Office national de l’énergie, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme John A. Clarkson, de Sooke (Colombie-Britannique), conseiller technique maritime auprès de l’Office national de l’énergie pour un mandat se terminant le 22 mars 2019, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, laquelle rémunération journalière se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 6 (920 $ – 1 080 $).
