Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Works and Government Services, pursuant to section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, approves the appointment by the Minister of Public Works and Government Services of Steve D. Anderson of Shelburne, Ontario, to be a director of the board of directors of Defence Construction (1951) Limited, to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years, effective January 2, 2019, in the place of Shirley McClellan, whose term has expired.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux et en vertu de l’article 105 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la nomination par la ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux de Steve D. Anderson, de Shelburne (Ontario), administrateur du conseil d’administration de Construction de défense (1951) Limitée, à titre amovible pour un mandat de quatre ans, à compter du 2 janvier 2019, en remplacement de Shirley McClellan dont le mandat a pris fin.
