Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of State styled Minister of Indigenous Services, sets apart for the use and benefit of Tk’emlúps te Secwépemc, a band within the meaning of the Indian Act, as an addition to Kamloops Indian Reserve No. 1 in British Columbia, the lands described in the attached schedule, consisting of approximately 0.285 hectare (0.703 acre).
Sur recommandation de la ministre d’État portant le titre de ministre des Services aux autochtones, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil met de côté à l’usage et au profit des Tk’emlúps te Secwépemc, une bande au sens de la Loi sur les Indiens, à titre d’ajout à la réserve indienne de Kamloops n° 1, en Colombie-Britannique, les terres délimitées à l’annexe ci-jointe, lesquelles ont une superficie d’environ 0,285 hectare (0,703 acre).
