 The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that Suzanne Duncan of the City of Whitehorse, in Yukon Territory, Barrister-at-law, be appointed a Judge of the Supreme Court of Yukon.

The Committee of the Privy Council further advises that Suzanne Duncan be appointed a Judge ex officio of the Court of Appeal of Yukon, and a Judge ex officio of the Court of Appeal for the Northwest Territories.

Sur recommandation de la ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que Suzanne Duncan, de la ville de Whitehorse dans le territoire du Yukon, avocate, soit nommée juge de la Cour suprême du Yukon.

Le Comité du Conseil privé recommande en outre que Suzanne Duncan soit nommée membre d’office de la Cour d’appel du Yukon, et membre d’office de la Cour d’appel des Territoires du Nord-Ouest.
