Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, makes the annexed Regulations Amending Certain Department of Justice Regulations (Miscellaneous Program) pursuant to

(a) subsections 117.15(1) and 810.3(5) of the Criminal Code; and

(b) section 12 of An Act respecting the mandatory reporting of Internet child pornography by persons who provide an Internet service.

Sur recommandation de la ministre de la Justice, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement correctif visant certains règlements (ministère de la Justice), ci-après, en vertu :

a) des paragraphes 117.15(1) et 810.3(5) du Code criminel;

b) de l’article 12 de la Loi concernant la déclaration obligatoire de la pornographie juvénile sur Internet par les personnes qui fournissent des services Internet.
