Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 93(3) of the Patent Act, fixes the remuneration and certain conditions of employment of Mitchell Levine, former Vice-chairperson of the Patented Medicine Prices Review Board, for the period he was acting as Chairperson, as set out in the annexed schedule, which per diem is within the range ($675 - $800), commencing on June 27, 2016 and ending on February 5, 2018.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 93(3) de la Loi sur les brevets, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe la rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi de Mitchell Levine, ancien vice-président du Conseil d’examen du prix des médicaments brevetés pour la période pendant laquelle il a agi à titre de président, conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel taux journalier se situe dans l’échelle (675 $ – 800 $), commençant le 27 juin 2016 et se terminant le 5 février 2018.
