Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to section 4 of the National Film Act, appoints Hilary Rose of Sherwood Park, Alberta, to be a member of the National Film Board, to hold office for a term of three years.
