Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, in consultation with the classes of users mentioned in the letters patent, pursuant to paragraph 14(1)(d) of the Canada Marine Act, appoints Frederick William Denning of Nanaimo, British Columbia, to be a director of the Nanaimo Port Authority, to hold office for a term of two years, in the place of Richard Sidney Ringma, whose term has expired.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, en consultation avec les catégories d’utilisateurs mentionnées dans les lettres patentes, et en vertu de l’alinéa 14(1)d) de la Loi maritime du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Frederick William Denning, de Nanaimo (Colombie-Britannique), administrateur de l’Administration portuaire de Nanaimo pour un mandat de deux ans, en remplacement de Richard Sidney Ringma dont le mandat a pris fin.
