Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance,

(a) after consultation with the board of directors of the Canada Hibernia Holding Corporation, pursuant to subsection 134(1) of the Financial Administration Act, appoints Price Waterhouse Coopers, of Ottawa, Ontario, as auditor of the Canada Hibernia Holding Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Canada Development Investment Corporation, for a period of one year, effective November 1, 2018; and

(b) pursuant to subsection 134(2) of the Financial Administration Act, appoints the Auditor General of Canada as joint auditor of the Canada Hibernia Holding Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Canada Development Investment Corporation, for a period of one year, effective November 1, 2018.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a) après consultation du conseil d’administration de la Société de gestion Canada Hibernia, et en vertu du paragraphe 134(1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, nomme Price Waterhouse Coopers, d’Ottawa (Ontario), vérificateur de la Société de gestion Canada Hibernia, une filiale à cent pour cent de la Corporation de développement des investissements du Canada, pour une période d’un an commençant le 1^er novembre 2018;

b) en vertu du paragraphe 134(2) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, nomme le vérificateur général du Canada covérificateur de la Société de gestion Canada Hibernia, une filiale à cent pour cent de la Corporation de développement des investissements du Canada, pour une période d’un an commençant le 1^er novembre 2018.
