Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Works and Government Services, after consultation with the board of directors of Canada Lands Company Limited, pursuant to sections 105 and 108 of the Financial Administration Act, approves the re-appointment of John McBain of Ottawa, Ontario, as President and Chief Executive Officer of Canada Lands Company Limited, to hold office during pleasure for a term of eighteen months, or until such time as a new President and Chief Executive Officer is appointed, whichever occurs first, and fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration is within the range ($226,000 - $265,800), effective March 3, 2019.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux, après consultation du conseil d’administration de la Société immobilière du Canada Limitée et en vertu des articles 105 et 108 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve le renouvellement du mandat de John McBain, d’Ottawa (Ontario), président et premier dirigeant de la Société immobilière du Canada Limitée, à titre amovible pour une période de dix-huit mois, ou jusqu’à ce qu’un nouveau président et premier dirigeant soit nommé, selon la première de ces éventualités, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, laquelle rémunération se situe dans l’échelle (226 000 $ – 265 800 $), à compter du 3 mars 2019.
