Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to section 1 of An Act respecting the National Battlefields at Quebec, appoints Ellen Yifan Chen of Montréal, Quebec, to be a Commissioner of the National Battlefields Commission, to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years.
