Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs to take the actions necessary for Canada to accede to the Protocol Relating to the Madrid Agreement Concerning the International Registration of Marks adopted at Madrid on June 27, 1989, amended on October 3, 2006 and on November 12, 2007.

 

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise celle-ci à prendre les mesures nécessaires à l’adhésion du Canada au Protocole relatif à l’Arrangement de Madrid concernant l’enregistrement international des marques, adopté à Madrid le 27 juin 1989, modifié le 3 octobre 2006 et le 12 novembre 2007.
