Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry,

(a) pursuant to subsection 368(2) of the Economic Action Plan 2014 Act, No. 1, chapter 20 of the Statutes of Canada, 2014, fixes the day after the day on which this Order is made as the day on which section 358.1 of that Act comes into force; and

(b) pursuant to subsection 63(1) of the Combating Counterfeit Products Act, chapter 32 of the Statutes of Canada, 2014, fixes the day after the day on which this Order is made as the day on which sections 27 and 28 of that Act come into force.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a) en vertu du paragraphe 368(2) de la Loi n^o 1 sur le plan d’action économique de 2014, chapitre 20 des Lois du Canada (2014), fixe à la date du lendemain de la prise du présent décret la date d’entrée en vigueur de l’article 358.1 de cette loi;

b) en vertu du paragraphe 63(1) de la Loi visant à combattre la contrefaçon de produits, chapitre 32 des Lois du Canada (2014), fixe à la date du lendemain de la prise du présent décret la date d’entrée en vigueur des articles 27 et 28 de cette loi.
