Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 3(1.1) of the Financial Administration Act, amends Schedule I.1 to that Act by striking out the reference to the Minister of Public Works and Government Services in column II of that Schedule opposite the name of the Public Service Commission in column I of that Schedule and by substituting for that reference a reference to the President of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada.

 

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 3(1.1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil modifie l’annexe I.1 de cette loi en remplaçant, à la colonne II, la mention « Le ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux » figurant en regard de la mention « Commission de la fonction publique » à la colonne I par la mention « Le président du Conseil privé de la Reine pour le Canada ».
