Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of State styled Minister of Indigenous Services, in accordance with the Buctouche MicMac Band Settlement Agreement dated December 16, 1992, sets apart for the use and benefit of the Buctouche MicMac Band as reserve Buctouche MicMac Band Extension in New Brunswick, the lands described in the attached schedule, consisting of 89.62 hectares (221.45 acres), excluding mines and minerals.

 

Sur recommandation de la ministre d’État portant le titre de ministre des Services aux autochtones et conformément à l’entente intitulée Buctouche MicMac Band Settlement Agreement du 16 décembre 1992, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil met de côté à l’usage et au profit de la bande indienne Buctouche MicMac, pour constituer la réserve Buctouche MicMac Band Extension, au Nouveau-Brunswick, les terres décrites à l’annexe ci-jointe, lesquelles sont constituées de 89,62 hectares (221,45 acres), mines et minéraux exclus.
