Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of State styled Minister of Indigenous Services, sets apart for the use and benefit of the Songhees Nation, a band within the meaning of the Indian Act, as an addition to New Songhees Indian Reserve No. 1A in British Columbia, the lands described in the attached schedule, consisting of approximately 0.5291 hectare (1.3074 acres).
Sur recommandation de la ministre d’État portant le titre de ministre des Services aux autochtones, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil met de côté à l’usage et au profit de la Songhees Nation, une bande au sens de la Loi sur les Indiens, à titre d’ajout à la réserve indienne New Songhees no 1A en Colombie-Britannique, les terres décrites à l’annexe ci-jointe, lesquelles ont une superficie d’environ 0,5291 hectare (1,3074 acres).

All of Lots 198 and 199 on Plan 90203 and all of Lot 204 on Plan 106025. The said plans are recorded in the Canada Lands Surveys Records in Ottawa.
Together the three lots contain about 0.5291 hectare.
