Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of State styled Minister of Indigenous Services, sets apart for the use and benefit of the Semiahmoo Band, a band within the meaning of the Indian Act, as an addition to Semiahmoo Indian Reserve in British Columbia, the land described in the attached schedule, consisting of 0.500 hectare (1.236 acres).
Sur recommandation de la ministre d’État portant le titre de ministre des Services aux Autochtones, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil met de côté, à l’usage et au profit de la bande Semiahmoo, une bande au sens de la Loi sur les Indiens, à titre d’ajout à la réserve indienne Semiahmoo, en Colombie-Britannique, les terres délimitées à l’annexe ci-jointe, lesquelles sont constituées de 0,500 hectare (1,236 acres).
