Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, considering that the collection of the tax is unjust, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Revenue, pursuant to subsection 23 (2) of the Financial Administration Act, remits tax in the amount of $7,050.02, and all relevant interest on it, paid or payable under Part I of the Income Tax Act by Mitchell Boyd for the 2007 taxation year.

 

Sur recommandation de la ministre du Revenu national et en vertu du paragraphe 23(2) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil, estimant que la perception en est injuste, fait remise de la somme de 7 050,02 $, payée ou à payer par Mitchell Boyd pour l’année d’imposition 2007 au titre de l’impôt exigible en vertu de la partie I de la Loi de l’impôt sur le revenu, ainsi que des intérêts afférents.
