                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, hereby authorizes that Minister to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, the instrument of Accession to the Agreement Establishing the International Science and Technology Center, done at Moscow, on November 27, 1992.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise ce ministre à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, l’instrument d’adhésion à l’Accord portant création d’un Centre international pour la science et la technologie, conclu à Moscou, le 27 novembre 1992.
