Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 127.1(1)(c) of the Public Service Employment Act and Orders in Council P.C. 2014-615 of May 27, 2014 and P.C. 2016-750 of August 23, 2016, appoints Heidi Illingworth of North Grenville, Ontario, to be special adviser to the Minister of Justice, to be styled Federal Ombudsman for Victims of Crime, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years, and fixes her remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 4 ($130,700 - $153,700), effective October 1, 2018.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’alinéa 127.1(1)c) de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique et des décrets C.P. 2014-615 du 27 mai 2014 et C.P. 2016-750 du 23 août 2016, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Heidi Illingworth, de North Grenville (Ontario), conseillère spéciale de la ministre de la Justice, devant porter le titre d’ombudsman fédéral des victimes d’actes criminels, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de trois ans, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 4 (130 700 $ – 153 700 $), à compter du 1^er octobre 2018.
