Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to subsection 9(1) of the Bank of Canada Act, approves the appointment by the Minister of Finance of Raymond E. Ivany, O.N.S., of Wolfville, Nova Scotia, to be a director of the Board of Directors of the Bank of Canada, to hold office during good behaviour for a term ending February 28, 2021, in the place of Colin Dodds, whose term has expired.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances et en vertu du paragraphe 9(1) de la Loi sur la Banque du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la nomination par le ministre des Finances de Raymond E. Ivany, O.N.S., de Wolfville (Nouvelle-Écosse), administrateur du conseil d’administration de la Banque du Canada, à titre inamovible pour un mandat se terminant le 28 février 2021, en remplacement de Colin Dodds dont le mandat a pris fin.
