                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport and the Treasury Board, pursuant to section 48 of the Canada Transportation Act, hereby approves the entry by the Minister of Transport into contribution agreements with private companies and not-for-profit organizations, substantially in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the annexed schedule, for a total amount not to exceed seven million eight hundred thousand dollars, for the purpose of implementing the Non-Road Freight Efficiency Program that is aimed at reducing the growth of greenhouse gas emissions in the freight transportation sector in Canada.
