Ryan Combs to be Honorary Consul of Canada at Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina, United States of America, to hold office during pleasure for a period of three years, and fixes his honorarium at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which honorarium is within the range ($18,000 - $27,000), such appointment to be terminated by either the Minister of Foreign Affairs or C. Ryan Combs, giving the other party a sixty-day written notice.
