Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, reappoints Lana Zylich as Honorary Consul of Canada at Cardiff, Wales, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, to hold office during pleasure for a period of three years, and fixes her honorarium at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which honorarium is within the range ($1,500 - $5,000), such appointment to be terminated by either the Minister of Foreign Affairs or Lana Zylich, giving the other party a sixty-day written notice.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme de nouveau Lana Zylich, consule honoraire du Canada à Cardiff, Pays de Galles (Royaume-Uni de Grande-Bretagne et d’Irlande du Nord) à titre amovible pour une période de trois ans, et fixe ses honoraires au taux figurant à l’annexe ci-jointe, lesquels honoraires se situent dans l’échelle (1 500 $ – 5 000 $).
