Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, appoints Marie Laure Reynaud to be Honorary Consul of Canada at Lyon, French Republic, to hold office during pleasure for a period of three years, and fixes her honorarium at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which honorarium is within the range ($1,500 - $5,000), such appointment to be terminated by either the Minister of Foreign Affairs or Marie Laure Reynaud, giving the other party a sixty-day written notice.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Marie Laure Reynaud, consule honoraire du Canada à Lyon (République française), à titre amovible pour un mandat de trois ans, et fixe ses honoraires au taux figurant à l’annexe ci-jointe, lesquels honoraires se situent dans l’échelle (1 500 $ – 5 000 $).
