The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, advises that the commission issued pursuant to Minute of Council P.C. 2018-834 of June 21, 2018 be amended by replacing:

(a) “Trial Division of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador” with “Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador”; and

(b) “Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador” with “Court of Appeal of Newfoundland and Labrador”.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que la commission émise en vertu du procès-verbal du Conseil C.P. 2018-834 du 21 juin 2018 soit modifiée en remplaçant :

a) « Section de première instance de la Cour suprême de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador » par « Cour suprême de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador »;

b) « Cour d’appel de la Cour suprême de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador » par « Cour d’appel de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador ».
