The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, advises that the Honourable Neil A. Sharkey, a Judge of the Nunavut Court of Justice, be appointed Chief Justice of the Nunavut Court of Justice, effective October 1, 2018.

 

Sur recommandation du premier ministre, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que l’honorable Neil A. Sharkey, juge de la Cour de justice du Nunavut, soit nommé juge en chef de la Cour de justice du Nunavut, à compter du 1^er octobre 2018.
