Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 259(1) of the Budget Implementation Act, 2017, No. 2, chapter 33 of the Statutes of Canada, 2017, fixes October 1, 2018 as the day on which sections 230, 232 to 236, 239, 252, 253 and 255 to 258 of that Act come into force.

 

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 259(1) de la Loi n^o 2 d’exécution du budget de 2017, chapitre 33 des Lois du Canada (2017), Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe au 1^er octobre 2018 la date d’entrée en vigueur des articles 230, 232 à 236, 239, 252, 253 et 255 à 258 de cette loi.
