Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 6(1) of the Corrections and Conditional Release Act, appoints Anne Kelly of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Commissioner of Corrections, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes her remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($232,700 - $273,700), effective July 30, 2018.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 6(1) de la Loi sur le système correctionnel et la mise en liberté sous condition, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Anne Kelly, d’Ottawa (Ontario), commissaire du Service correctionnel, à titre amovible, et fixe sa rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (232 700 $ ­– 273 700 $), à compter du 30 juillet 2018.
