Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 3(1.1) of the Financial Administration Act, amends Schedule I.1 to that Act by striking out the reference to the Member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada designated to co-ordinate policy with respect to the status of women and administer related programs in column II of that Schedule opposite the name of the Office of the Co-ordinator, Status of Women in column I of that Schedule and by substituting for that reference a reference to the Minister of Status of Women.

 

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 3(1.1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil modifie l’annexe I.1 de cette loi en remplaçant, à la colonne II, la mention « Le membre du Conseil privé de la Reine pour le Canada désigné pour coordonner les politiques relatives à la situation de la femme et gérer les programmes qui s’y rapportent » figurant en regard de la mention « Bureau de la coordonnatrice de la situation de la femme » de la colonne I par la mention « Le ministre de la Condition féminine ».
