Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 5(3) of the Salaries Act,

(a) designates the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development to provide support to the Minister of La Francophonie in the carrying out of the responsibilities of that Minister which are related to La Francophonie;

(b) designates the Department of Canadian Heritage to provide support to the Minister of La Francophonie in the carrying out of the responsibilities of that Minister which are related to official languages; and

(c) designates the Department of Industry to provide support to the Minister of La Francophonie in the carrying out of all of the other responsibilities of that Minister.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 5(3) de la Loi sur les traitements, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a) désigne le ministère des Affaires étrangères, du Commerce et du Développement pour fournir un soutien au ministre de la Francophonie pour l’exercice par ce dernier des responsabilités qui lui incombent en ce qui a trait à la francophonie;

b) désigne le ministère du Patrimoine canadien pour fournir un soutien au ministre de la Francophonie pour l’exercice par ce dernier des responsabilités qui lui incombent en ce qui a trait aux langues officielles;

c) désigne le ministère de l’Industrie pour fournir un soutien au ministre de la Francophonie pour l’exercice de toutes les autres responsabilités qui lui incombent.
