Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 16(1) of the Royal Canadian Mint Act, fixes the remuneration and certain conditions of employment of Susan Dujmovic, former director of the Board of Directors of the Royal Canadian Mint, for the period she acted as Chairperson of the Board of Directors, as set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration is comprised of an annual retainer within the range ($5,300 - $6,200) for the period commencing on August 18, 2017 and ending on May 10, 2018.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 16(1) de la Loi sur la Monnaie royale canadienne, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe la rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi de Susan Dujmovic, ancienne administratrice du conseil d’administration de la Monnaie royale canadienne pour la période pendant laquelle elle a agi à titre de présidente du Conseil d’administration, laquelle rémunération est composée des honoraires annuels dans l’échelle (5 300 $ – 6 200 $) pour la période commençant le 18 août 2017 et se terminant le 10 mai 2018.
