Whereas, pursuant to subsection 3(1) of Order in Council P.C. 2018-376 of March 29, 2018, entitled the Order Appointing the President of the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, that order comes into force on a day to be fixed by amendment of that subsection;

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to sections 36 and 43 of the Broadcasting Act, makes the annexed Order Amending the Order Appointing the President of the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation.

Attendu qu’en vertu du paragraphe du décret C.P. 2018-376 du 29 mars 2018, intitulé Décret de nomination de la présidente-directrice générale de la Société Radio-Canada, ce décret entre en vigueur à la date fixée par modification de ce paragraphe;

À ces causes, sur la recommandation de la ministre du Patrimoine canadien et en vertu des articles 36 et 43 de la Loi sur la radiodiffusion, Son Excellence la Gouverneure en conseil, prend le Décret modifiant le décret de nomination de la présidente-directrice générale de la Société Radio-Canada, ci-après.

Order Amending the Order Appointing the President of the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation

1. Section 3 of Order in Council P.C. 2018-376 of March 29, 2018, entitled the Order Appointing the President of the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, is replaced by the following:

3. This order comes into force on July 3, 2018.

1. L’article 3 du décret C.P. 2018-376 du 29 mars 2018, intitulé Décret de nomination de la présidente-directrice générale de la Société Radio-Canada, est remplacé par ce qui suit :
