Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 127.1(1)(c) of the Public Service Employment Act and Order in Council P.C. 2018-187 of February 27, 2018, establishing the Advisory Council on the Implementation of National Pharmacare (the Mandate Order), as amended by P.C. 2018-793 of June 19, 2018, appoints Nadine Caron of Prince George, British Columbia, as a special adviser to the Minister of Health and the Minister of Finance, to serve as a member of the Advisory Council on the Implementation of National Pharmacare (the Council), to hold office during pleasure, for a term ending on the earlier of:

(a)  the date of delivery of the final report of the Council to the Minister of Health and the Minister of Finance; and

(b)  one year after the date on which the last of the initial members is appointed to the Council in accordance with the Mandate Order.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’alinéa 127.1(1)c) de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique et du décret C.P. 2018-187 du 27 février 2018, qui a constitué le Conseil consultatif sur la mise en œuvre d’un programme national d’assurance-médicaments (décret de mandat), tel que modifié par le décret C.P. 2018-793 du 19 juin 2018, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Nadine Caron, de Prince George (Colombie-Britannique), conseillère spéciale de la ministre de la Santé et du ministre des Finances, agissant en tant que membre du Conseil consultatif sur la mise en œuvre d’un programme national d’assurance-médicaments (le Conseil), à titre amovible pour une période se terminant au premier en date des jours suivants :

a)  à la date de la livraison du rapport final du Conseil à la ministre de la Santé et au ministre des Finances;

b)  un an après la date à laquelle le dernier des membres initiaux a été nommé au Conseil, en conformité avec le décret de mandat.
