Her Excellency the Governor General in Council,
on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, pursuant to subsection 5(1) of the Department of Citizenship and Immigration Act and subsection 8(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, approves that the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration enter into an agreement with the Northwest Territories, substantially in accordance with the annexed draft, the 2018 Canada-Northwest Territories Agreement on Territorial Nominees, which will come into force on the date on which it is signed by the last of the parties to do so.

Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la conclusion par le ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration, avec les Territoires du Nord-Ouest, de l’Accord Canada-Territoires du Nord-Ouest sur les candidats des territoires de 2018,
lequel accord, conforme en substance au projet d’accord ci-joint, entre en vigueur à la date où la dernière partie à le signer y appose sa signature.
