Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry,

(a) pursuant to subsection 63(1) of the Combating Counterfeit Products Act, chapter 32 of the Statutes of Canada, 2014, fixes November 5, 2018 as the day on which subsection 50(3) of that Act comes into force; and

(b) pursuant to subsection 72(4) of the Economic Action Plan 2015 Act, No. 1, chapter 36 of the Statutes of Canada, 2015, fixes November 5, 2018 as the day on which sections 63 and 68 of that Act come into force.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a) en vertu du paragraphe 63(1) de la Loi visant à combattre la contrefaçon de produits, chapitre 32 des Lois du Canada (2014), fixe au 5 novembre 2018 la date d’entrée en vigueur du paragraphe 50(3) de cette loi;

b) en vertu du paragraphe 72(4) de la Loi n^o 1 sur le plan d’action économique de 2015, chapitre 36 des Lois du Canada (2015), fixe au 5 novembre 2018 la date d’entrée en vigueur des articles 63 et 68 de cette loi.
