Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to subsection 12(1) of the Patent Act, makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Use of Patented Products for International Humanitarian Purposes Regulations (Miscellaneous Program).
