                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development and the Treasury Board, hereby authorizes the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, on behalf of Her Majesty in right of Canada, to enter into the Cost-Sharing Understanding Respecting the Sharing of Resource Revenue Sharing Arrangement Costs with Her Majesty in right of British Columbia respecting the sharing of costs between the parties arising from Resource Revenue Sharing Arrangements with First Nations, in accordance with the annexed draft agreement.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien et du Conseil du Trésor, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise ce ministre à conclure, au nom de Sa Majesté du chef du Canada, le Protocole d’entente sur le partage des coûts associés aux ententes de partage des recettes de l’exploitation des ressources avec Sa Majesté du chef de la Colombie-Britannique, concernant le partage entre les parties des coûts relatifs aux ententes de partage des recettes avec les Premières nations, conformément au projet d’entente ci-après.
