The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that the Honourable Denise LeBlanc, a Judge of the Provincial Court of New Brunswick, be appointed a Judge of the Court of Queen’s Bench of New Brunswick, Trial Division, and a Judge ex officio of the Court of Appeal of New Brunswick.

Sur recommandation de la ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que l’honorable Denise LeBlanc, juge de la Cour provinciale du Nouveau-Brunswick, soit nommée juge de la Cour du Banc de la Reine du Nouveau-Brunswick, Division de première instance, et membre d’office de la Cour d’appel du Nouveau-Brunswick.
