The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that letters patent under the Great Seal of Canada be issued appointing Ronald V. MacPhee of the City of Ottawa, in the Province of Ontario, Barrister-at-law, to be a Judge of the Tax Court of Canada.
