Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Infrastructure, Communities and Intergovernmental Affairs pursuant to section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, approves the appointment by the Minister of Infrastructure, Communities and Intergovernmental Affairs of Richard Cacchione of Montréal, Quebec, to be a director of the board of directors of The Jacques-Cartier and Champlain Bridges Inc., to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, in the place of Denise Hébert, whose term has expired.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Infrastructure, des Collectivités et des Affaires intergouvernementales et en vertu de l’article 105 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la nomination par le ministre de l’Infrastructure, des Collectivités et des Affaires intergouvernementales de Richard Cacchione, de Montréal (Québec), administrateur du conseil d’administration de la société Les Ponts Jacques-Cartier et Champlain Inc., à titre amovible pour un mandat de trois ans, en remplacement de Denise Hébert dont le mandat a pris fin.
