Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Veterans Affairs:

(a) pursuant to sections 4 and 5 of the Veterans Review and Appeal Board Act, appoints Jacques Bouchard of Mermaid, Prince Edward Island, to be a permanent member of the Veterans Review and Appeal Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years;

(b) pursuant to subsection 8(1) of the Veterans Review and Appeal Board Act, designates Jacques Bouchard as Deputy Chairperson of the Veterans Review and Appeal Board; and

(c) pursuant to subsection 10(1) of the Veterans Review and Appeal Board Act, fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 4 ($124,300 - $146,200);

effective July 2, 2018.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Anciens Combattants, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a) en vertu des articles 4 et 5 de la Loi sur le Tribunal des anciens combattants (révision et appel), nomme Jacques Bouchard, de Mermaid (Île-du-Prince-Édouard), membre titulaire du Tribunal des anciens combattants (révision et appel), à titre inamovible pour un mandat de cinq ans;

b) en vertu du paragraphe 8(1) de la Loi sur le Tribunal des anciens combattants (révision et appel), désigne Jacques Bouchard, vice-président du Tribunal des anciens combattants (révision et appel);

c) en vertu du paragraphe 10(1) de la Loi sur le Tribunal des anciens combattants (révision et appel), fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 4 (124 300 $ – 146 200 $);

à compter du 2 juillet 2018.
